EXPLORE PAROS

Paros, one of the biggest of the Cycladic complex of islands, with its magnificent golden sand beaches, its crystal clear blue waters, its cosmopolitan life, but also its distinct cultural heritage and unique customs, leaves all visitors enchanted and determined to come back again and again to experience what they may have missed the first time.The island’s capital town is Paroikia, with its harbor with exquisite neoclassical buildings and  characteristic Cycladic whitewashed houses standing next to each other .
 
Naousa is located in the northern side of the island and captures the eye with its intense traditional color. Fish taverns and ouzo bars with delicious local specialties and snacks, the small white washed chapel of St. Nicholas-patron saint of sailors-standing at the edge of the pier, its beautiful Venetian port with small boats tied up all around it, the remains of the castle, the old churches and the monasteries, the traditional festivals every summer, all that and much more, compose a scene which fills the senses with the smell of the fresh sea breeze, and the deep blue of the Aegean Sea.
